Release operations require an already running workspace. Document the warning and explicit start-and-resubmit workflow for incremental deployment, activation, and rollback, including disabled UI actions and retained history/log access while inactive.
Copy the release create and activate HTTP 409 responses and required error schemas from the authoritative server OpenAPI export. Keep the existing snapshot endpoint coverage unchanged and regenerate CLI pages from their curated command notes.
